Meet the Teachers
Tina Shiels
Tina has been performing on the Costa del Sol for 36 years, after moving from the Uk where she was a professional singer. Tina also worked with Children for many years in the Uk and was happy to be working with them again when she started Club DanSing back in 2009.
She has many students that have gone on to professional careers, though the most famous to date is Lauren Platt (X Factor finalist and now presenter).
Gemma Lloyd
Gemma has been in the entertainment industry from the tender age of seven, which led hear to obtain teaching qualification and be involved in ClubDansing with her mother Tina.
This enabled her to fulfil her passion of choreography and dance, incorporated with working with children.
Gemma is also well known entertainer on the coast, currently performing The Vintage Show up and down Costa del Sol.
She has headlined several shows at the salon varieties theatre, including her last role as Evita.
Professional Teaching
Tina has been teaching Drama since 2011, and is currently also teaching LAMDA for students wanting to receive this prestigious qualification.
Gemma is a qualified teacher having obtained her education at teacher training college in Manchester.

Club DanSing prides itself on being the affordable “Fun” place to be, to learn Performing Arts. Instead of exams, we work towards performing itself, by presenting 2 or 3 shows per year. This will help kids with confidence, learn how to work as a team, build character, learn discipline, make new friends and learn to feel proud of their achievements.

In our facilities at the Raquetas paddle club, we have large, well ventilated space for all of our lessons. This enables our tuition to be focused, fun and rewarding.
Whilst parents can in the mean while enjoy coffee & snacks at the coffee or even play paddle for the duration of the lesson.

Since 2009
Club Dansing was formed 2009, by professional singer/entertainer/vocal coach, Tina Rose and her Daughter, choreographer/dancer/ singer ,Gemma Lloyd. Club Dansing is an affordable, fun club where kids can enjoy all the pleasures of the performing arts without the pressures (and additional cost!) of exams.
Although we work towards fun, the learning is extensive and many of our students have gone on to work professionally, both here in Spain, Uk and even China!
As Mother and Daughter, Tina and Gemma try to keep the family feel of the club, where everything is light hearted, and any concerns and problems will be taken on board with discretion.
